Answering inbound call using .Net SDK

I am trying to answer inbound calls from my Application using the code below (.Net SDK , PatchConversationsCallParticipant API by setting the State to connected ) ...

the API is successfully called ( return code : 202) without any exception but nothing is happening in Genesys Cloud and the call is not answered.
