Information to be obtained: Maximum waiting time of waiting calls in a queue
With the following API, I could only get the quantity (number of waiting calls, etc.).
Checked API: /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query
Available metrics: oActiveUsers, oAlerting, oInteracting, oMemberUsers, oOffQueueUsers, oOnQueueUsers, oUserPresences, oUserRoutingStatuses, and oWaiting
I could not get the maximum waiting time with the above APIs.
Please let us know which API is available.
