Hi Everyone, Could you please let me know how this can be done and which API are needed.
We have a list of KBA's in a Google sheet (these are just links to articles from BMC Remedy), is there a way we can upload these articles to Genesys where the data is updated automatically as we tend to update the Google sheet once a week so we would the API which does the following:

New articles - Add any new articles which are not listed in the Google sheet

Delete articles - Delete any articles which are deleted from the Google sheet
-
No change - If there is no change leave the knowledge base in Genesys as it is.
Please let me know.
