API Instruction Steps

I have a couple questions on API Instruction Steps for premium apps.

  1. are there any variables other then the GenesysCloudAuthToken and GenesysCloudEnvironment vars mentioned here [redacted]?
  2. Is there a way to test this flow?
  3. The end user doesn't see anything for these steps right? they just happen behind the scenes?

Hi Kevin, that page was not meant to be published publicly; this is not a customer/partner-facing process.

Bummer because it is a good feature we would like to take advantage to call webhooks to know when a customer is going through the install.
