Sometimes the API response takes a long time. ApiClient.authorizeClientCredentials() took about 7 minutes to return a response for request.
How can I avoid this phenomenon?
That's not possible. All API requests time out after less than 15 seconds. I would suggest inspecting your application's source code to see where it's hanging. If you are seeing API responses that take longer than 15 seconds to return, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate as that is highly abnormal.
