API to monitor statistic changes

As ICWS, there is an API to retrieve all changes from single API. This api provide two way to load the changes: POLLING / PUSH

Does corresponding feature provided by PureCloud WS API? If it is, which API? If no, what is the suggested way to monitor statistic changes?
