API to send agentless message doesn't work for WebMessaging channel

Hi,

I'm trying to use the API to an send agentless message /api/v2/conversations/messages/agentless for web messaging channel, but it returns the following error response.

I'm passing webmessaging for toAddressMessengerType

From the docs, webmessaging is a valid value for the messenger type

The same API works fine for the open messaging channel. I'm not sure what the issue is in web messaging channel. Please advise a solution.

Hi Athul,

This is a documentation error. Currently the agentless api is only supported for SMS and Open, with WhatsApp currently in Beta. This will not work with Web Messaging at this time.

Hi Athul, this is currently not included on the Web Messaging roadmap, so i'm unable to provide an estimate. As for WhatsApp, this should be available as GA before end of year.
