We are using the standard query endpoint to pull Finished Evaluations for an Evaluator every few hours. When we send the query parameters it only looks like it returns Evaluations where the Assigned/Release Date is within the window; but not the changed date.
We noticed this because an Evaluation was assigned, finished & released between 3p and 5p CST. A few hours later it was rescored and when we did the next query where the Changed Date fell in the window the Evaluation was not returned.
The question is what dates does the evaluations query use by default when determining what records to return?
