Applying outbound flow before scheduled callback

Hi experts,
First of all thank you for supporting me and sorry if this topic is not correctly here.

We have and outbound camping where the agents are able to schedule callbacks.

I was wondering if is there a possibility of launch and outbound flow before a schedule call back routes to the agent... Is there a way??? We need some data action be executed before the call come on queue and routes to agent.
