I am pretty new to Genesys and the assosciated architect part of Purecloud and in our company we do not have any supersusers for this.
I have done a lot via "learning by doing", example rerouting spam, phone queues etc and now setting up auto mail.
My problems is that we need to exclude this auto answer when the sender is from our organization.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the right expression for this.
I tried a basic decision to see if subject contains "RE or FWD" but not look.

I saw it gets this message in the in-queue email flow: 'EmailAddressDomainPart' at position 10 : The implementation that takes a parameter of type EmailAddress is not valid for use in a flow of type In-Queue Email Flow.
We have 7 email addresses that the staff reply to, with two different languages , and as far as I can find out I can only go into each queue and set a specific in-queue flow.
Any workound on this or do I just have to stick to one message?
This expression is only valid for inbound email flow. Why are you trying to set auto reply within In-Queue flow though? Note that there is only one auto reply per conversation and that only applies to first email in the thread.
You can also choose preferred In-Queue flow within Transfer to ACD action in your Inbound Flow.
Used it for in-queue because it had the state that said "end state" instead of in inbound because it had "Disconnect" and wasn't sure if it ment it would delete the mail after or not
And when I tried to change state it came up that it did not have a teminating status and couldn't figure out how to do that...
