Archy setup issue

Hi Team,

Archy setup from my system fails with below error.

unable to authenticate with the supplied client ID and secret. Are they valid and is the OAuth client set up with a client credentials grant?

However the same OAuth credentails when i use it via postman it works.

Hi @Maragatham,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you verify that the OAuth client you are using has the permissions as noted on this page? Architect permissions overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Additionally, from this Archy resource page, it also mentions that the architect:ui:view permission is a required permission for the OAuth client that is being used for Archy, so thats just another thing to double check (this is also listed in the Architect permissions overview link i posted above).
