AudioHook Monitor activation error

I'm experimenting with AudioHook to see if it solves my usecase of needing to record a particular segment of an Architect flow. I setup on AWS an API Gateway with websockets.

I didn't specify any advanced configuration of the AudioHook. Only the wss url, api key, channel were configured.

But when activating the integration, I get an error:

I can't find this error anywhere. I have logs enabled on this API Gateway but nothing is being generated.

What are ways to troubleshoot this? If this is the wrong forum to ask, please redirect me.

I would recommend to contact Genesys Customer Care and open a ticket with them.
We do not have access to customer environments, logs and data from the forum.
Support may be able to give you more details about what they see on their end.
