Since the Audiohook server is hosted in AWS and we were to exclusively utilizes AWS IP addresses, does the traffic remain internal to the AWS network and not traverse the internet?

This question is more suited for the AWS team. I would say that the traffic in this case won't go out to the internet, as long as you don't use a proxy that is not in AWS.
