Is it possible to create a guest chat after OpenID integration is added to Web Messenger, which allows authenticated chat. From the documentation as far as I see, there are no such options to chat as a guest optionally.

Currently, no. Guest vs authenticated modes are currently mutually exclusive.
There's an upcoming feature that will allow you start as guest and upgrade as authenticated once the conversation has started (but not the reverse).
