Authentication support via token exchange

Hi there,

We are wondering if there is any purecloud platform support to provide authentication via token exchange. We want to use our org's auth token (which we can validate if it is an authenticated user) to request purecloud's access token. It's similar to what is described here:

Currently the document for platform auth doesn't include any token exchange mechanism: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/authorization/

If it is currently not supported, would Purecloud consider this feature on the roadmap?

If what you're referring to is a SAML2 auth provider, you can implement the SAML2 Bearer OAuth grant after configuring your auth provider.
