Auto tick system notification for alerting incoming call

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can help, we are using EmbedFramework softphone in CRM, one setting need to be always tick is alerting on incoming call, see below screenshot.
Agent has started with tick this box, all good, alerting working, but each time they logout from softphone, next time they re-login, this checkbox back to untick,

Just wondering is there any programatic code/setting we can put (might be in framework.js) to make this option auto-ticked.
