Auto trigger Inbound Survey application after call Disconnects

Hi team,

We have a customer requirement to auto trigger survey voice application at the end of the call. Please help me to know if there is a way to auto trigger any disconnect actions either from Inbound call flow or from agent end.

Also please let me if there is any other best way to auto trigger survey voice application at the end of the call.
