Automatically redirect to post call survey after disconnecting the call

In Genesys Architect flow, is there any option to transfer a call to post call survey after the call is disconnected?

Hello,

There is no such option available at this time.

Note there is a feature currently in development related to this use case: INB-I-189: Ability to configure mandatory post-call actions to support compliance & 3rd party voice surveys.
You can follow its progress through this link to the Genesys Cloud idea, and see when/if a beta program will be made available prior to release of this feature.
