Hello all, We seem to be having some issues. We have currently just moved our entire Telephony platform over to Genesys literally a few weeks ago.

We have Single Sign On now enabled on Genesys and is working like a dream, but we are now trying to set up Genesys User Provisioning following this guide. Genesys Cloud Integrations.

But when entering the Tenant URL and the Secret Token Key which we get from the Genesys OAuth Client App page.

We end up with an error, an error stating we have put in the wrong Cred's

Would anyone be able to shine a light on this?

The Tenant URL that we are using is https://api.euw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/scim/v2
Which I believe to be correct.

Any thoughts?
