sometimes we need to remove a client from our system. (client is a company we would handle the calls for). This involves removing the workflows, scripts, agents, skills and so on. Is there a way to back this all up for an easy recovery in case we messed up and removed the wrong client?
Did not happen yet, but sure cannot stop thinking about this. And if this bothers me then it means it WILL happen.
In our CX as Code tool we do have the ability to export just about anything that CX as Code supports. It can dump the configuration into a JSON or HCL format.
