Bot flow - TTS self barge-in

Hello,

I am currently building a Bot Flow in Genesys Cloud Architect.

I am calling my flow using a Call Routing -> Inbound Call (Architect) -> Bot flow (Architect).
I am calling using WebRTC.
I use Google Cloud TTS.
I disabled Voice barge-in in bot flow:

Sometimes, when TTS speaks, there is a weird cut and just skips to the end of the text the system needs to say. It usually happens before asking for slots filling or during the slot confirmation. It is not a consistent behavior, sometimes it happens a lot during a call, but mostly happens once or twice during the flow.

I'm not too sure if the problems comes from the TTS service or Genesys Cloud. Any ways I can check logs to see what happened? Is there any way to check out in details why the system responses are sometimes abruptly interrupted?

After the interaction, the MOS shows as high 4s. I checked with colleagues and it happens for everyone.

Thanks and sorry for being vague, I am not too sure how I can explain better than that.

Hello,

Sorry for bumping the post, but I have some additional information.

I tried using Amazon Polly as an alternative to Google Cloud TTS. The same problem happens.
Calling the flow in debug mode (bypassing the call routing) does not fix the problem, which leads me to say that it might be a bug on the Genesys Cloud platform.

I'll report it as a bug if I find the way to do it.

Thanks,
