Hi guys I'm trying to use the API Explorer to bulk export some recordings to S3 but I'm completely lost trying to follow the tutorials.
Can someone please paste in here an example of the steps and body content for which APIs I call but specifically also how the body structure should look if I want to filter on a specific queue and specific wrap-up code (along with an interval)?
Most instructions I've seen seem to point at doing this from a developer/code perspective rather than doing the steps directly within the API explorer (or even Postman).
I've gone through that tutorial, and I do understand the flow of create job, check job, execute job. Where I'm struggling is in understanding the structure and syntax of the body of the original create job. Most, if not all tutorials don't actually go down into much predicate layers at all, and the one specifically on this doesn't do any at all - only using the interval at the ConversationQuery level.
I"m hoping someone can send me a basic example of how the body for this would look with a SegmentFilters section and SegmentDetailQueryFilter populated. I should then be able to somewhat reverse engineer that to better understand the syntax and schema.
I've done a bit more looking and think I have the syntax and structure correct now but what I'm struggling with now is I get a conversation count in the response, but the recording count ends up being 0.
If the recording count is zero, it means your filter didn't match any recordings in your org. If you believe that this is incorrect and recordings should be matching the filter, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the missing data.
I think the problem is a other one. I had the same problem when I tried to get data from the same day. If thats the same case here, you should wait 24h. See:
