BYOB Bot connector - PVA Generative Answers

Hi all. I have a Copilot Studio (PVA) bot with generative AI answers and I am finding that when I use this bot through the genesys byob bot connector these answers fail to appear.

I've attached a screenshot showing a given question asked directly in the PVA bot vs it being asked in the same bot but through the connector - as shown copilot answers the question inside the pva bot, but in the connector we simply get the fallback response.

Is there some additional configuration required in order for these answers to work in the connector?

Is the PVA bot receiving the text message properly?

If you have an organizationid, conversationid and region I can try to see what our services are seeing.

Thanks for the reply, I've identified that this was a latency issue, adding a 5 seconds delay in the connector before fetching the response seems to resolve this.
