Call for Interviews!

I would love to hear your experience with this feature and to know what considerations we may need to evaluate before we release to GA. Topics may include (but are not limited to):

  • How Genesys Cloud defines inactivity (i.e., the absence of system API calls)
  • Should we consider defining inactivity as the absence of keystrokes/mouse clicks instead?
  • Does the feature in its current design meet your needs?
  • Are you pleased or disappointed that a user with an open interaction (voice or digital) is never logged out?
