Campaign status notification via Slack Or MS Team

Hello ,
I m looking for solution whenever there is change in Outbound Campaign status (on or off etc), it send message to our corporate Slack Channel or MS team group.

I was looking at below link but not sure on detail steps how to achive this or is this the right link?

v2.outbound.campaigns.{id}.stats

OR is there anyway where It can be notified to GCP & update records in Bigquery table.
something like whenever Campaign status change it publish message to GCP PubSub and GCP pubsub push data to bigquery table?
Here not sure how Genesys notifcaiton can send to GCP pubsub?
