Can not logout with the Iframe

Hi,
I try to log out of my account with the Iframe， but it always has a loading status, and I can not log out.
It seems like a 404 error was thrown.
Anyone who can help to check this problem?

Supported Platform API endpoints can be found here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer. If you should happen to find any endpoints that aren't on that list, they are not supported and you're not allowed to use them (with the exception of the preview APIs and other documented features outside the Platform API).

We still get the 404 error, when we click the logout button, it doesn't work. I would like to know how the error happened and how to fix it.

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate internal errors within the product. This forum is for API usage and customizations. While the embeddable framework straddles the line between a customization and a base product, its internal workings fall into the base product category that is supported by Care.
