Can someone help me build this in CLI for Powershell - GDPR Inactive Users?

Hi guys

Has anybody already built a PowerShell script that will:

Get a list of all Inactive users
Step through each of those and send a GDPR request to hard-delete that user

Or is there an alternate way of doing this? The GDPR endpoints only accept a single record at a time.
