Cant able to get a response from CX bot

Hi All,

I am integrated a Google Dialogflow CX bot with Genesys. In Architect flow, I can able to see the Agent which I created in CX Bot. If I tried to send a message from web messenger it goes into bot failure path. I did not get any response from bot.

Could you please help me on this?

Whenever I initiate a chat , it route the chat to CX Bot Failure path, the chat does not enter into the CX Bot. please find the screenshot for your reference.
