Cant get screen recording session details

Earlier to fetch the data of current screen recording sessions we have used this /api/v2/recordings/screensessions API to get the detail but now as it going to be depreciated soon. Do we have any alternate API which can give us that detail.

In api-explorer, I see that genesys is suggesting to use /api/v2/recordings/screensessions/details API which is just providing the count of current sessions but not the detail.Can anyone let me know how to get the detail.

Hi,

/api/v2/recordings/screensessions/details is currently the only way to get info about recording sessions. If you need more details, I recommend you share your use case on the ideas portal: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/
