is it possible to capture survey events?, trying to understand if this is an attribute we can capture.

The fields you can filter on are those that are present in the event schema of the topic you're using.
In this case they are documented here:
If the surveys field is available, it would appear in the "attributes" field of the event. I recommend using the notifications tool to set up a notifications channel, subscribe to that topic with an active conversation, and test out what attributes you get in the event bodies.
If it's present, you can use JSONPath notation to target it.
