Change the color of the ChatBot bubble

Hello, our customer Sogitel wants to change the color of his chatbot.We were able to change it, see ( image 1)

, but once they are in conversation with an agent they are not able to change the color of the conversation bubble which remains blue as before,

Could you show me how to change the color of the chat bubble to this color code? #a98cf9 rgb(169 140 249);
