Chatbot validations

Hey all,

I am looking at creating a chat bot, the bot will capture a bunch of information and create a lead into Salesforce.

Most of this is working as expected besides a few issues,

Using the digital bot flow for one of the slots we have digital menu with 3 options, can we allow the user to select one of those three options or enter their own custom text?

Second: Can we remove the option to allow them to type anything for some of the questions, and only allow them to select from the list?

And finally, after the bot is finished, it looks to be going in a loop, how do we automatically end the bot? for now we have no agents interacting with the clients. This will be a future change
