Chat's listening to wrong conversation Id

Hi,

We use web chat widget version 2. Recently we got into a situation in which the client's UI wasn't getting updated with the agent's messages, the agent kept sending texts but the client wasn't receiving them. On the console, we could see that there were failing API calls with a 404, specifically, GET members API and we got to know that the chat was trying to hit the member IDs of a previous chat, which was not ended.

I'm pretty unclear of the why here but is there anyway we could prevent this from happening?

We would not be able to debug this kind of problem on the developer forum. I think your best bet is to open a ticket with our Care support team. They can help track this issue and get it to the appropriate engineering group.
