Choose Information for the Remote Column

Hello!

I am trying to get more accurate data regarding chat interactions and include the information in my daily report, more specifically in the Remote column.

Scenario: The company has chat option available for customers and requests the customer to input Name and Email Address to start chatting with us. Previously, the email address was listed in the Remote column of my report, but now it only shows the customer's name. I wonder if there is anything that can be done in the settings to show the email address in the Remote column or if there is another column (which I couldn't find at all) that shows the information.
