How do I implement co-browse in web chat and prevent screen share?
I only want to use co-browse since screen share is not supported on IE/Edge according to this:
The sample code for both seems to be pretty much the same except including the deploymentKey for cobrowse.

Hey Jeremy, you can control agent permissions via Admin > People and Admin > Roles. As long as you don't grant the screen share permission to any agent roles, screen share will not be enabled.
For the web chat config side, there's no configuration to do to disable screen share.
OK I took away screen share permission and the screen share button no longer shows up for the agent. How does the agent start a co-browse session with screen share now gone? Is there another button for co-browser that maybe I am not seeing?
I think I was missing some of the co-browse permissions. I have given the co-browse permissions and now I see the screen share button again but now it starts a co-browse session instead of a screen share session. This is what I was wanting but it sure is confusing.
