I want to customer to input their sn, for the alphabet just input "", I tried to use collect input, whether i select Accept just '' or not. It doesn't work and goes to failure branch. I don't what is wrong with that. Then submit this topic for help
I am seeing the same issue. It appears there is no way to have the Collect input actually collect * as a valid option whereas a menu does allow for that. This seems like either a bug or a design flaw.

Yes, i asked Genesys guys to test with same result. Then i will try to submit the case to care team for help.
I think it is fixed or something changed because it is working better for me now. When I check the Accept just "*", it is included in the response value.
