Is there a way to create a company wide announcement that can be sent to all users either as a phone call , voicemail or text ? Coming from an old Nortel platform , Nortel had a Distribution List feature that allowed a voicemail message to be created and sent to all the users in the list . This was used for Company announcements , weather updates ( office is closed tomorrow due to weather , etc ) .

We don't currently have functionality like that but it sounds like a great idea. I would suggest you add your idea to the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal so we can track it.
