We have a need to support numerous emails across numerous Email Domains. (Contact Center BPO services)
After opening a support ticket, I got the following response: "To get a answer to your request I would recommend the developer forums……"
Use Case:
We were planning to use our @{OrgNam}.mypurecloud.com for our clients to “redirect” a mailbox from a domain we do NOT control. Example:
Client configures email box info@CompanyOne.com to redirect to info.CompanyOne@{OrgName}.mypurecloud.com
This we have done successfully and understand there is maximum of 1000 addresses.
For outbound / reply emails we need the emails to have a “From” address of info@CompanyOne.com
In Domains Dashboard we create a second domain for “Outbound Email Sending” using “Custom SMTP Server” integration.
To duplicate this for numerous other domains we encounter the “two domain” limitation.
Is it possible increase the number of domains that can be configured for a particular Org
Next is it possible to have multiple occurrences of the “Custom SMTP Server” integration (each having a unique name)
Support did state: "You can install up to 20 Custom SMTP server integration in an org, this limit is not configurable."
If we can not have more domains, is there another way to solve our need?
