Conversation API sent message - Not able to send messages

Hi ,
My question is very similar to this one Conversation API sent message

We retrieve this error after sending the conversation to the queue, and the conversation is picked up by the same agent if any other agent is in the queue.

After getting this error, on Genesys side, the agent is not able to send any message. The buttons to transfer and finish the conversation are hidden. It works again after the agent refresh the page in the browser.

Could you please help me with this issue?
