Conversation details Analytics API - Delay

Hi,

How much delay is expected when querying the conversation metrics from API /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details

As per our requirements we would need to query the metrics right after customer disconnects, Wanted to know if we will need to account for delay in the metrics.

it normally takes between 24 and 48 hours for the changes to appear in the /api/v2/analytics/ endpoints. Please do keep in mind that this is an estimate, the data merging is handled by pipelines that could experience delays as it will use .

This is not correct. Data is available immediately for analytics queries. Analytics jobs are subject to data availability, which is documented here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/analyticsdatamanagement/analytics/jobs/conversation-details-job#data-availability.
