Conversation Results API does not bring data from 02-25-2024 to 02-29-2024

I'm having trouble retrieving data from the 25th of February onwards. We are running the API '/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs' with a date filter for the 27th of February. We retrieve the jobID and then execute the API '/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs/{jobId}/results'.
However, upon execution, it is bringing information from the 1st of February to the 23rd of February.

You should probably open a customer care case if you haven't already.

I did it; I came here to see if anyone had ever had the same issue.
