Agents use purecloud embeddable framework for logging into genesys and handle interactions.We are seeing CORS errors in the browser's logs on https://api.usw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/users/me requestsAccess to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://api.usw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/users/me?expand=organization' from origin 'https://xxxxx' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.I do confirm that 'https://xxxxx uri is listed in allow uri lost of the embeddable_framework oauth. Why are we getting these errors?See browser's logs attached.
Note the issue is intermittent and it gets away after clearing cache and cookies. But everytime after log out i have to clear cache and cookies in order to login successfully.
It was working fine before January 15. No changes were done on our side.
Please continue working with Care on this bug report. It has been escalated internally.
