Data action not works under Inbound Message Flow

Hi
I would like to know if is there any limitation to using "call data action " under Inbound Message flow since it's not working but I can test the same data action under Inbound call flow it works perfectly..please advise

If architect is allowing you to add the "call data action" step to your flow it should work. The most likely issue is that in that flow the data action is getting input that it can't handle. You could try hard-coding some input that you know is good and see if it works. If it still fails then it would seem to be a bug, and support should be contacted.

Hi @Jason_Mathison ,
I tried with hardcoded input but it seems not working. as a workaround once I clone the data actions with different names it works. but as you know old now is still working with voice flow!!
