I think you can set the customFieldX
/customFieldXLabel
participant attributes on the customer. There are only two references to them that I'm aware of, which say they're for web chat, but I think they work for any media type. It's worth giving a try:
I'm new to genesys, and I got the same concern before but I did it using agent scripts and using set screen pop on architect, you will assign your input as a variable and use set screen pop to send that variable to be able to use on agent script, once set you can create agent script which will display the variable you created on architect and display it on agent screen when call arrives. just hope this will help you.
@Ernest_John_Nuque That's a great suggestion for displaying any amount of arbitrary information! And you can do a lot more in scripts.
