Hi, i am trying to debug in inbound call flow. But i get a 500 error.
My endgoal here is to to use an action in some kind of flow that makes a call towards our api.
my flow is just called "Nospaces" because i wanted to test the link it generates with no spaces in it.
Here is the error in the app:
what am i doing wrong? do i need to purchase a real phone number in order for it to work?
other considerations i have:
*use triggers based on conversations that have ended and then call a workflow. I see that i can subscribe to some "topics" but does any of them include every type of conversations ending? if someone has a suggestion on easily debugging these triggers i would love to hear them.
Would it be easier to use chat instead of calls?
I guess what i need is some kind of guidance on how to debug flows or triggers since what i have tried so far does not seem to work for me.
