Default WebRTC Phone Connection audio quality

Hi
We have integrated audiohooks and during testing we have added Default WebRTC Phone Connection to the phone trunks to be able to handle calls with only a headset. This works. The problem is that the agent audio is in a very poor quality. The audio from the caller seems fine. The audio that i am talking about it the audio that we receive on our end, on the server side.
Is there anything i can do, to make it better?

This forum is for answering questions on the Genesys Cloud platform APIs. Audio quality issues can take a number of different forms and can often be traced back to various network issues.
