We are using the embeddable framework from App Foundry for a custom integration with our CRM system.
We are experiencing an issue, where manually dialed calls take 5-6 seconds to dial out once entered. The same experience with click to dial.
We do not have this issue when dialing from the Genesys desktop/web app.
All logs look like the process is exactly the same between the embeddable framework and Genesys desktop/web app.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
If so how did you fix it?
