Dialog Engine Bot loading information error

We did some changes in the Dialog Engine Bot and published it. When we tried to re-select it again in our architect flow its saying "There was an error loading bot information". Not sure if someone else is also facing the same issue. Can you please confirm on that?

Hi Bhardwaj, can you provide some more information like the organisation ID or flow id, etc. It might allow us to trace the error and see if we can get to a cause.

Hi @Bhardwaj_Arushi , I have a question in addition to @Kevin_Walsh 's from above.

Are you seeing this in an Architect flow where you have a Call Dialog Engine Bot action and on that action you select a bot from the Dialog Engine Bot dropdown and then you see the "There was an error loading bot information." text.

FWIW, we have reproduced this behavior in a test development organization and need to investigate further but wanted to confirm this is your use case.

We have verified the updated bits for the issue reported here are now working as expected.

We are currently working with QA internally to identify an updated build that can be deployed to production which will include this fix.

Build 10059 of Architect UI was approved for production deployment with updates for this.

The production deployment has started.

The production deploy is complete.

If you have Architect already open in a browser, please refresh the page. If you go to Architect's About box, it should indicate you're running Build 10059:

And then:

Once confirmed, please open up the flow where you were seeing the problem loading bot information in the Call DialogEngine Bot action and it should no longer display that error when selecting a DialogEngine bot.

If you could let us know how that goes and if you no longer see the error, we'd appreciate it.
