I am working on using a knowledge base with a digital bot flow. One difference with the bot flow is the paths based on outcome. I don't see it in digital bot flow.
See in the screenshot below how I am able to have different paths depending on the outcome (Intent and Knowledge).
However, I don't see it in the digital bot flow. I see "end of task" which does not allow me to create a personalized experience. I have tried using the exit reasons, but I am limited since the main exit reason is TriggeredByFlow no matter if the outcome is Intent or Knowledge.
I am wondering if it is doable.
