Disconnect Type and Segment Type Descriptions

Hello,

We are in data mapping sessions have some questions. As part of the mapping we are investigating the descriptions of all the segmentTypes and disconnectTypes to be expected within the Conversation Async Results. In performing testing and referencing Doc1 and Doc2 we have come up with the attached list. Unfortunately we are struggling to arrive at clear definitions for the highlighted\red in the attached screenshot. Any help you can provide in defining these better would be greatly appreciated.

  • segmentType

(string) The activity that takes place in the segment, such as hold or interact. Valid values: alert, callback, contacting, converting, delay, dialing, hold, interact, ivr, scheduled, sharing, system, transmitting, unknown, uploading, voicemail, wrapup.

  • disconnectType

(string) The session disconnect type. Valid values: client, conferenceTransfer, consultTransfer, endpoint, error, forwardTransfer, noAnswerTransfer, notAvailableTransfer, other, peer, spam, system, timeout, transfer, transportFailure, uncallable.

Hi Debbie,

I am going to take this back to the development team who owns this and see if I can find a definition for you.

Great, thanks John! Appreciate your help!

Hi Debbie,

No worries. I reached out to our product manager in this space. He is going to do some digging around. It might not be until early next week that he gets answer back to me.

Thanks,

Ok, sounds good. Thank you!

Hi John,
Is there any available update on this? We are working on a very tight timeline in order to keep our live date on track.

Thanks!
